Welcome to Arielle in Process. By using my website, booking a service, or making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

Arielle in Process provides personal style coaching, wardrobe curation, and related services as described on the website and booking pages. Services are delivered in person within the Kansas City metro area unless otherwise stated.

All services are experiential and collaborative in nature. Results may vary based on individual participation, space, and circumstances.

2. Payments

Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is selected. If you choose a payment plan, you authorize Arielle in Process, LLC to charge your card on file for all installments according to the agreed schedule. All installments are required in full regardless of session completion.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely via Stripe through Acuity.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling must follow the timelines outlined at the time of booking.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, and services already rendered are non-refundable.

Refunds are not offered for completed or partially completed services. If an unexpected circumstance arises, rescheduling options may be considered at my discretion.

4. The Edit Credit Policy

If you complete The Edit and choose to continue into the full Closet Clarity Process within 14 days, your Edit investment may be applied as a one-time credit toward that experience.

This credit:

  • Applies only within the stated timeframe

  • Is non-transferable

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to other services

5. No Professional Advice

My services are not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Any guidance provided is based on personal experience and expertise and should be used at your own discretion.

Clients are encouraged to seek licensed professionals for mental health, medical, or legal concerns.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, images, and materials on this site are the property of Arielle in Process and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

6. Client Responsibility & Consent

By booking services, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you remain responsible for your belongings and space during sessions.

Arielle in Process is not responsible for loss or damage to items during the decluttering or organizing process unless caused by gross negligence.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, images, and materials on this website are the property of Arielle in Process and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arielle in Process shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from use of this website or participation in services.

9. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date will always be listed at the top of the page.
